Fabio Petruzzi (born 24 October 1970 in Rome) is a retired Italian professional football player.
He played for 13 seasons (253 games, 6 goals) in the Serie A for A.S. Roma, Udinese Calcio, Brescia Calcio and Bologna F.C. 1909.
He played his only game for the Italy national football team on June 21, 1995 against Germany. He was called up for two more national team games in 1995 and 1997, but did not get on the field on those occasions.
